Shipping & Returns
All purchases are shipped with one of our shipping agents. To estimate the total delivery time vary depending on the country of destination. All orders will be delivered within 7-14 days of the shipped date. (for order placed during holiday and weekend,may takes longer time to proceed), Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery.Shoppers are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if you are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if you do not anticipate that you will be at home when the package is due to arrive.
Tracking
We Email tracking numbers to all customers once an order has been shipped.after you receive your tracking number, you will be able to track your order online at http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp
Exchanges
We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you.If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund* (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
Return
Your satisfaction is the goal we are after. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you have bought, you may return within 15 days from shipping date. Please ask any questions you may have before ordering to prevent any potential problems. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.All returned merchandise must be in original package and must have all original tags attached. Refunds will not include shipping charges.
We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
